General Medical Clinic – By appointment only / Monday - Friday – NOTE: Limited number of clients seen.
- General medical care
- Testing and treatment of men’s sexually transmitted diseases
- Pregnancy testing for adult women (over 18)
- Refills (including Depo-Provera injections) for current Free Clinic birth control clients (Pap test must be up-to-date)
Podiatry, Dermatology, work/school Physical Examinations and other specialty services – By appointment only / Monday – Friday
TB testing – By appointment only / Monday - Wednesday
Adult Primary Care Clinic – By appointment only / Monday - Friday
Services for patients with chronic medical conditions related to:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Asthma
- High cholesterol
- Adult gynecology and family planning
- Testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
- HIV testing
Teen Clinic – By appointment only / Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Services specific to teens including:
- Gynecology
- Family planning
- HIV testing
- Testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
- School and work physicals (MUST have paperwork from requesting agency)
- General medical care
Physical Therapy – By appointment only / Tuesday & Thursday evenings: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Services patients with:
- Musculoskeletal pain disorder
- Neurological dysfunction
