Medical Services Team

Providing primary care, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and acute care.

  • Dr. Thalira Vossend, MD Lead Primary Care Physician Dr. Vossend completed her medical training at the Bayview Medical College and her family medicine residency in coastal Maine. With 14 years of experience in community-based practice, she has special interest in women’s health, diabetes management, and cardiovascular risk reduction.
  • Dr. Jorvik Haleen, MD Internal Medicine Physician Dr. Haleen earned his medical degree from the Midland University School of Medicine and completed residency at a large urban teaching hospital. With 11 years serving underserved populations, he specializes in hypertension, asthma, and preventive care for adults and seniors.
  • Nurse Practitioner Elowen Drayce, MSN, FNP-BC Family Nurse Practitioner Elowen earned their advanced nursing degree from a progressive northeastern university and has 9 years of clinical experience. They are passionate about patient-centered care, LGBTQ+ health, and helping patients build sustainable wellness habits.

HIV Services Team

Confidential HIV testing, linkage to care, treatment, PrEP/PEP, and ongoing support.

  • Dr. Zephyr Kain, MD HIV Medicine & Infectious Diseases Specialist Dr. Kain trained at a leading southern medical school and completed an infectious diseases fellowship in the Pacific Northwest. For the past 11 years he has focused exclusively on HIV care, with particular emphasis on rapid ART initiation and long-acting therapies.
  • Dr. Mirabel Quinnor, MD HIV Primary Care Physician Dr. Quinnor graduated from an international medical program and brings 8 years of experience in HIV/STI management. She is especially dedicated to youth and immigrant populations, focusing on stigma reduction and comprehensive sexual health integration.

Mental Health Services Team

Individual therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, group support, and crisis intervention.

  • Dr. Seraphine Luthra, PsyD Clinical Psychologist Dr. Luthra received her doctorate in clinical psychology from a West Coast institute. She has 10 years of experience providing trauma-focused and culturally responsive therapy, with expertise in complex PTSD, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
  • Dr. Calix Arden, MD Psychiatrist Dr. Arden completed medical school at a Canadian university and psychiatry residency in Quebec. With 9 years in community psychiatry, he specializes in medication management for severe mental illness, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, emphasizing collaborative care.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Tavish Renard Mental Health Therapist & Group Facilitator Tavish holds a Master of Social Work from an East Coast university and has spent 8 years working in community mental health settings. He specializes in CBT, DBT skills groups, and supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.

Substance Abuse Treatment (SAT) Services Team

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, harm reduction, and recovery support services.

  • Dr. Isolde Marrow, MD, FASAM Addiction Medicine Physician Dr. Marrow graduated from a northwestern health sciences university and completed an addiction medicine fellowship in the Rockies. With 12 years in the field, she is board-certified in addiction medicine and is a strong advocate for low-barrier buprenorphine and extended-release naltrexone programs.
  • Dr. Bramwell Quade, DO Addiction & Family Medicine Physician Dr. Quade earned his degree from an osteopathic college in the mid-Atlantic. Over 10 years he has integrated MAT into primary care settings, with focus on opioid use disorder, alcohol recovery, and supporting families affected by addiction.

Dental Services Team

Preventive care, restorative treatment, extractions, and oral health education.

  • Dr. Vireo Santoro, DDS General & Restorative Dentist Dr. Santoro earned his dental degree from a Pacific Coast dental school. For the last 13 years he has worked in safety-net clinics, focusing on fear/anxiety management and comprehensive care for patients with complex medical histories.
  • Dr. Nyxalor Vale, DDS Pediatric & General Dentist Dr. Vale graduated from a prestigious Bay Area dental program. With 7 years of experience, she specializes in pediatric dentistry, preventive sealants, and gentle care for anxious patients of all ages.

Case Management Services Team

Care coordination, resource navigation, housing & benefits assistance, transportation support.

  • Senior Case Manager Fiora Laveau, LMSW Lead Case Manager Fiora holds a Master of Social Work from a New England university and brings 10 years of experience connecting people to housing, SNAP, Medicaid, disability benefits, and other essential resources. She is known for her persistence and warm, non-judgmental approach.

Community Education Services Team

Health workshops, street outreach, school-based programs, and community health literacy initiatives.

  • Public Health Educator Azriel Thorne, MPH Community Education & Outreach Coordinator Azriel earned a Master of Public Health from a southern school of public health. Over the past 7 years they have developed and delivered programs on sexual health, overdose prevention, nutrition, vaccine confidence, and chronic disease self-management.

Advocacy Services Team

Individual patient advocacy, systems-level policy work, benefit enrollment support, and rights education.

  • Health & Legal Advocate Vespera Novak, JD, MPH Patient Rights & Policy Advocate Vespera holds both a Juris Doctor from a Washington, D.C.-area law school and a Master of Public Health from a nearby university. For 12 years she has advocated for patients facing insurance denials, housing discrimination, workplace health issues, and barriers to care.
