Case Management
The case management department at The Free Clinic assists people in obtaining needed services in the community. Case managers work with clients to help them identify their needs and goals. Clients are then provided with referrals and information aimed at meeting those needs to assist them in achieving their goals. Our services are provided within a short-term framework that encourages the empowerment of clients to ensure them the opportunity to control their own future.
