Closed on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Check our homepage or call for weather-related or special closures.

• By Car: From I-77, take the Broadway Ave exit, then turn onto East 45th Street. Free parking is available right at the clinic.
• By Public Transportation: RTA bus routes 15 and 19-19A-19B stop nearby.
