Mind, Body & Community Wellness Festival at The Free Clinic
Event Overview
The Free Clinic is excited to host our Mind, Body & Community Wellness Festival — a joyful, free, family-friendly day dedicated to mental wellness, stress reduction, building resilience, and connecting with supportive resources in a relaxed, non-clinical atmosphere.
Come celebrate your mental and emotional health through interactive workshops, creative activities, live music/discussions, movement sessions, resource sharing, and community connection. Our multidisciplinary team — including mental health counselors, substance use specialists, physicians, case managers, and educators — will facilitate sessions and be available for informal chats, questions, and referrals to our ongoing free services (mental health therapy, substance abuse treatment, HIV support, primary care, dental, and case management).
No screenings required — this is about empowerment, reducing stigma around mental health and substance use, fostering hope, and reminding everyone: you’re not alone, and help is always free here.

Why Join Us?
Mental health and substance use challenges touch so many lives, yet stigma keeps people from seeking (or even talking about) support. This festival creates a safe, celebratory space to normalize conversations, share tools, and show that recovery, hope, and connection are possible — all backed by The Free Clinic’s free, compassionate services.
Events like this strengthen our community, reduce isolation, and encourage early steps toward wellness. Join us on April 11 to laugh, learn, connect, and leave feeling supported.
We can’t wait to see you there!
