Empower Her Health – Women’s Wellness Day at The Free Clinic

Event Overview

The Free Clinic is thrilled to host Empower Her Health – Women’s Wellness Day — a free, supportive, and uplifting event dedicated to women’s holistic health, self-care, and empowerment.

In recognition of National Women’s Health Week and Women’s Health Month, join us for a day of education, gentle wellness activities, resource connections, and open conversations. Our team — including primary care providers specializing in women’s health (Dr. Thalira Vossend), mental health experts (Dr. Seraphine Luthra, Dr. Calix Arden, Tavish Renard), case managers, and community educators (Azriel Thorne) — will facilitate sessions on preventive care, reproductive/sexual health, maternal mental health, stress management, chronic condition support, and more.

This event celebrates women’s strength, reduces barriers to care, and reminds everyone: quality health care is your right, free of cost, and always judgment-free at The Free Clinic. All services, talks, and resources are 100% free, confidential, and open to women, girls, trans and non-binary individuals, families, and allies.
